This millage is allocated as follows: 6 mills for state education tax, 1.1378 mills for Gaylord Schools sinking fund, 2.41 mills for Gaylord School debt, 1.7473 mills for intermediate school district, 8.0695 mills for Otsego; .8218 for the township(allocated) and 18 mills for nonhomestead property only. Homestead properties in the Crawford-AuSable School District pay a total of 22.3176 mills allocated as follows: 6 mills for state education tax, 4.2 mills for school debt, 1.0030 mills intermediate school, 2.2393 mills for Kirtland Community College, 8.0535 mills for Otsego County, .8218 mills for the township.
